Paste ordinary addresses or upload structured CSV. The official Census batch geocoder handles large lists; unmatched rows are reported instead of silently disappearing.
Three national evidence feeds, every 30 minutes
Each property is checked against the NOAA 1 km hail grid, active NWS warning polygons and recent NWS Local Storm Reports. The hail threshold remains property-specific.
Only new property evidence arrives
One digest says which property triggered, what happened and whether the evidence was radar, a warning polygon or a nearby ground report. Delivered events stay deduplicated.
Free is not the enemy

The federal data is public. The paid product is not possession of free data; it is the persistent state, scheduling, error handling, and delivery you no longer have to operate.

What you will know when the email lands.
Does an alert mean the roof is damaged?
No. Radar estimates, warning polygons and nearby storm reports are screening evidence. They do not measure conditions at the building and cannot inspect a roof. Roof Watch tells you where inspection attention changed.
What exactly triggers wind and tornado alerts?
A property can trigger when it falls inside an active tornado, hurricane, extreme-wind or 58+ mph severe-thunderstorm warning polygon; when damaging wind is reported within 5 miles; when a 58+ mph gust is reported within 5 miles; or when a tornado or tropical-cyclone damage is reported within 10 miles. The digest names the evidence and distance.
What happens when a weather source is unavailable?
That source is not converted into a clean result. The other independent feeds can still run, and the next scheduled scan retries the unavailable one.
Will the same storm email me every 30 minutes?
No. Hail alerts again only when the estimate enters a higher size tier or after the grid clears. Warning and storm-report evidence is recorded only after successful delivery and suppressed on later scans.
Who can see the list?
Management uses an expiring private link sent to the Stripe checkout email. Lists are encrypted at rest, never public, never used as leads, and can be deleted in one click. Raw import files are discarded when processing finishes.
Is this an emergency-warning service?
No. Do not rely on Roof Watch for personal safety decisions. Follow official alerts and wait until conditions are safe before inspecting.
Can I cancel without talking to anyone?
Yes. The private management page opens Stripe's billing portal, where cancellation and payment details are self-serve.
