Using the free tools takes no account

You can look up an address without giving us anything. Addresses you type are sent to the US Census geocoder to turn into coordinates, and to NOAA to fetch the radar grid. We do not store the addresses you look up, and we do not build a profile from them.

What the signup form collects

If you ask to claim a city, we collect your company name, your name, your email address, your phone number if you give one, and the cities you cover. That is submitted through Netlify Forms and stored in our Netlify account. We use it to contact you about leads and about this service. That is all.

Analytics

Each page sends one request recording the path you visited. No cookies, no fingerprinting, no advertising network, no third-party trackers. We cannot tell who you are from it.

Who else sees it

• Netlify hosts the site and stores form submissions.
• NOAA and the US Census Bureau receive the coordinates or address text needed to answer a lookup. Both are US government services.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share contractor contact details with other contractors. Homeowner leads are shared with exactly one contractor, which is the point of the product, and homeowners are told on the page where they submit that this happens.

How long we keep it

Contact details stay while you are a customer and for two years after your last lead, so we can answer a billing question. Ask us to delete them sooner and we will.

Children

This is a tool for businesses. It is not directed at anyone under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
